Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home (except pantry which is not accessible as it is owner supply closet). Guest have use of private boat slip which is direct access to lake. No garage parking as garage is converted to game room. Garage doors are not in use. Must stay closed at all times. Guests will have access to sports pool seasonally (usually open beginning the end of May through September) Please check with host to confirm availability and more information.

Portable fans provided for garage) •. 🚫 Garage doors do not open **** As property is located near the water the property is subject to natural wildlife including bugs which are beyond the control of the host. Specifically, the rice fly which is harmless and is attracted to light. It can be helpful to minimize lights when opening doors in the evening time. ****⛅️ Summer months lake can experience algae bloom which can present an odor depending on wind & temperatures. This is typical for Clearlake if you are unfamiliar with this lake please reach out for more information. **** 🚨For your safety a security camera is installed over front driveway. Camera faces outward towards street. Camera records audio and video when motion activated. There are no additional cameras on the property. **** 🎣 If you may be interested in a guided fishing experience, please contact owner for a reference. Guide can arrange to pick you up at the dock of the house depending upon trip detail. **** If fishing from our dock please do not leave poles out and unattended for others safety in the waterways as it can pose a risk to oncoming boats.

Other Details to Note

Sports pool is seasonal use. Sports pool is approximately 4 1/2 ft deep. Pool is NOT heated. Pool closed in winter months and available for use beginning at the end of April for summer use. Please confirm with host for dates pool is accessible. Game room located in garage does not have AC or heat. Portable fans are provided for the summer months. Short term rental agreement required to be completed by guest after booking and guest required to submit proof of ID to host in order to complete reservation process or else guest will need to cancel reservation on their end if they cannot meet these requirements. I personally manage all bookings and am available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about the property. Each guest is provided a unique access code to the house for safety and there is no need to meet in person for keys. You can text anytime for help or questions.

Driveway and street parking available. No garage parking available. Four cars permitted for each reservation. If you have more than four cars, please contact host.
