Specifically, the rice fly which is harmless and is attracted to light. It can be helpful to minimize lights when opening doors in the evening time. ****⛅️ Summer months lake can experience algae bloom which can present an odor depending on wind & temperatures. This is typical for Clearlake if you are unfamiliar with this lake please reach out for more information. **** Full sanitation cycle of hot tub between each guest visit. If host informs guest that hot tub is inaccessible due to circumstances beyond host control host will credit guest $40 each day hot tub is inaccessible. **** 🎣 If you may be interested in a guided fishing experience, please contact owner for a reference. Guide can arrange to pick you up at the dock of this house. **** If fishing from our dock please do not leave poles out an unattended for others safety in the waterways as it can pose a risk to oncoming boats. **** 🚨For your safety a security camera is installed over front driveway. Camera faces outward towards street. Camera records audio and video when motion activated. There are no additional cameras on the property.

HOT TUB SAFETY To keep the hot tub clean, comfortable, and safe for everyone, please take a moment to review these simple guidelines: • Please maintain the water level. Please keep it at the level provided at check-in. There is a hose located one the other side of the home if needed to fill • Test strips are located in the kitchen pantry to check chemical balance during your stay – If levels look off or water clarity is off, please reach out we’re happy to walk you through adding a small amount of chemicals to improve • Shower before and after each use to help keep the water clean and reduce skin sensitivity • Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes per session • Children should not use the spa for more than 30 minutes total per day • Do not ingest water • Do not sit or stand on the spa cover, and please keep the cover on when not in use to retain heat and maintain cleanliness. Please remember to turn down heat to 98 when not in use The hot tub is designed for soaking and relaxation rather than extended play or swimming. Prolonged time in hot water, especially when used heavily, can sometimes lead to skin sensitivity or irritation. Short term rental agreement required to be completed by guest after booking and guest required to submit proof of ID to host in order to complete reservation process or else guest will need to cancel reservation on their end if they cannot meet these requirements. I personally manage all bookings and am available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about the property. Each guest is provided a unique access code to the house for safety and there is no need to meet in person for keys. You can text anytime for help or questions.

Two parking spots in driveway and street parking is available as well Four cars allowed for each reservation. If you have more than 4 cars, please contact host.
